Riko B. Bol is a first generation immigrant and a long time youth and education reform advocate. Graduated from Brandeis University, later joining notable organizations like City Year, Goodwill of America, Portland Public Schools, Boys & Girls Club of America and University of Southern Maine, Riko brings a set of skills and perspective that enhances ideas, utilizes business tools, and involves clients and stakeholders at the right point. His background in education, youth development, civic engagement and strategic management makes him the ideal collaborator and leader.

Riko is passionate about helping clients surpass blocks to success and reach organizational goals. Every effort is accompanied with a goal to improve partnerships, expectations, and strategic objectives by utilizing effective and efficient strategy to move the organization forward.

Nyawal J. Lia-Bol

Nyawal J. Lia-Bol is an experienced youth and community engagement specialist. She is a first generation immigrant who moved to Portland Maine from Ethiopia more than 20 years ago. Nyawal has worked with notable organizations such as UNHCR, Portland Empowered, Portland Public Schools and currently with the Maine Peoples Alliance (MPA). Her background includes housing rights, education, community activism and supporting young people through workplace/career readiness. 

Nyawal is a passionate professional with unique experience and perspective. Her work ethic and professionalism transcends our clients expectation and allows for a transparent and fluid collaboration.
